This agreement is valid between Suitopia Scandinavia AB and its customers.
Custom made products are products made from measurements (such as suits and tuxedos).
Standard products are products not made from measurements (such as bow ties and cufflinks).
When you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You can keep track of your order status by logging into your account and going to "Your order history" at; www.suitopia.com. Please note that you have to log in to do this.
Your order will be produced by our tailor and in about 2-3 weeks delivered directly to your delivery address. We use DHL for our deliveries so you can easily follow your order through the tracking system DHL offers. Your order is professionally packaged by the tailor in order to protect it.
If you have ordered fabric samples, these will be sent to you by post within 2-4 days after the order is paid for.
Payment can be made by by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal. Through Svea Ekonomi, payment can also be made by invoice or by part payment. Read more about Invoice payment and the alternative Part Payment below.
Suitopia has outsourced its invoicing to Svea Ekonomi AB. To apply for an invoice payment you must enter your social security number or corporate identity number. A prerequisite to qualify for invoice is that you are over 18 years old and with officially registered residency in Sweden. You may not have a negative credit history. Invoice payment terms are 10 days. An invoice handling fee of kr50 applies. If payment is delayed a kr60 reminding fee is charged, in addition to a 2 percent interest rate penalty per month on the full amount of the purchase. If an invoice is left unpaid it will be sent to collection. Delivery of invoice and products can only be made to your officially registered address. All invoices and invoicing is outsourced from Suitopia to Svea Ekonomi AB.

Kredittiden väljer du i Kassan genom att markera det alternativ som passar dig bäst. Du åtar dig att inom kredittiden återbetala hela krediten. Det innebär att Du varje månad måste betala minst den summa som framgår av det val du gjort. Självklart kan du betala mer eller betala hela krediten på en gång utan att detta kostar något extra.
Om du vill utnyttja kontokrediten under kredittiden för andra köp kommer, för att krediten skall vara slutbetald inom den avtalade kredittiden, den lägsta månadsbetalningen att höjas. Ju kortare kvarvarande kredittid desto högre lägsta månadsbetalning. Vill du ha kvar samma lägsta månadsbetalning kan du kontakta Svea på telefon 08-735 29 69 och ansöka om förlängd kredittid. Av datatekniska skäl kommer Svea, om du utnyttjar kontokrediten för flera inköp att tills vidare fakturera dig separat för de olika köpen. Självklart slipper du i så fall att betala för mer än en aviseringsavgift per månad.

Suitopia offers free shipping worldwide on all orders above kr2,000! On orders under kr2,000, we charge a fee of kr150. Fabric samples ship for free. Freight is included in the price. Suitopia cannot be held responsible for possible shipment delays as all shipments are handled by third parties. Suitopia subcontracts carriers and, therefore, when the order is handed over to the carrier the only information available to Suitopia is the one appeared in the carrier website. The tracking number to get this information will be set to your order when the package is shipped. All purchases made with Suitopia include a shipment contract. Suitopia will not be responsible for delays within the recipient's control, such as recipient not being available to accept delivery, having supplied Suitopia with incorrect delivery information, or is unable or unwilling to cooperate with carrier and/or customs. When the order is in carrier's hands, the carrier is responsible for it.
Please notice that in some countries, the logistics company sends the customs/tax invoice directly to the end customer. If that is the case with your order, please pay the invoice and send a digital copy of the invoice to us by email. We will refund 100%% of this cost immediately. This is a fee that is included in the total price that you have already paid.
Due to the fact that each custom made product is custom made for each individual customer Suitopia does not offer any opportunities to return products.
Always keep your custom made product on a hanger when not in use. Use a spray bottle with cold water to easily spray the fabric in order to straighten wrinkles. It is possible to iron the fabric, but only with low heat and preferably with a towel between the iron and the fabric in order to maintain the quality of the fabric. Cleaning advice: Dry clean only.
In case of war, natural disaster, labor related disputes, government edicts, delivery failures from suppliers, extraordinary circumstances outside Suitopias control, that affects the contract between Suitopia and the customer, Suitopia will not be responsible for completing the terms specified above.
A purchase from Suitopia is governed by Swedish law. Any dispute with companies within the Suitopia Group, its employees, Directors, or owners, individually or together, shall be settled in a Swedish court of law.
How a product from Suitopia is used is the responsibility of the bearer of the product and how it is kept is the responsibility of the keeper of the product. No company within the Suitopia Group, its employees, Directors, or owners, individually or together, can be held responsible for any injury, damage, harm, suffering, etc to anyone or anything that has been caused, directly or indirectly, by a product from Suitopia.
